We are transferring from Rite Aid. CVS is taking it all in stride. They’re friendly and patient. In fact they are remodeling their pharmacy area which I’m sure is in response to all us Rite Aid customers. I believe as time goes on it’ll get much much easier.

Staff is wonderful and tries to complete all prescriptions on time. Due to staffing issues, like many other establishments, they get backlogged. Their staff tries to get it done to make their customers happy and I appreciate this. Won’t go to any other pharmacy. Great customer service.

I just had my LAST atrocious experience with this pharmacy. I have been a loyal customer at this store for over 50 years ( even before it was CVS). That ended today. I have been trying to get an inhaler refilled for a month. Last Wednesday I called to check my order status and was told by their system that my order would be ready the following day. I finally got there today (Sun) only to be told it wasn't ready. I questioned why I was told otherwise when I called to check, and the pharmacist said "NO!" (that's a quote). So I guess I'm the liar?
It's sad. This was once a good store with a good pharmacist and an excellent pharmacy manager (RIP Lisa). It has been in a downward spiral since they left and I cannot do business with them anymore. This is on top of my experience a week earlier, when it took them 6 days to fill my Metformin rx, leaving me with no diabetes medication for that entire time. UNACCEPTIBLE!

I came here to get photos printed. Several large photos were missing. When I returned, I explained to the cashier what happened. She said, "Oh, ok", then walked 30 feet away and proceeded to speak under her breath. Really rude and unprofessional.Also, I recognize the pharmacist that works here now. She used to work somewhere else. At one point, my prescription was WAY overfilled. I didn't even know until the end of that month, when I noticed I had so many extra meds. That was extremely dangerous, since this is a controlled substance. I soon moved onto a different pharmacy, since I wasn't comfortable with that pharmacist handling my prescription. I always had the feeling she was more focused on being curt, rather than handling her duties. My gut feeling had some truth, when she ceased to work there soon after. People should focus on themselves. I'd recommend a different pharmacy & store.

0 stars. Worst employees and staff ever. Stay away unless you like to be treated with disrespect while they waste your time making you wait and wait. And wait some more. Never coming back here except to complain to the manger.

Way to understaffed. Pharmacist didn’t take the time to look into an issue with a new prescription for heart medication and told me 3 different lies and it took me getting mad before she actually took the time to make a 3 min phone call to remedy the problem. I will not be back I will pass along my experience.
