“I showed up to the UPS Store almost an hour after it had already closed and was sitting in my car trying to figure out what to do next. One of the employees came out, noticed me sitting there, and actually walked over to ask if I needed help. When I explained I was just trying to return a package, they offered to take it and make sure it got shipped out for me—even though the store was already closed! That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days, and I was so grateful. Huge thanks to the team here for going above and beyond!”
