ATM either is offline, being serviced or doesn't allow cash deposits during business hours. The tellers are very abrasive as well.

The branch manager is very rude and completely unprofessional. The staff is unfriendly, today while trying to withdraw my own money I was treated like a criminal and given a hard time for 30 minutes. I have banked with M and T for over 15years. I will be closing my account.

I went in to deposit money recently, I had a bad experience before so I was nervous but a kind elderly gentleman helped me and was very kind. Thanks for a quick and thoughtful experience!
