I was charged a full first month's rent when in fact there was a huge sign hanging on the building that said first month free and the gentleman opened my unit and took the welcome bag out of the unit and kept it. I am very disappointed in the false advertisement.

Great experience:-initial phone call was answered immediately-your team member offered condolences when they found out that the the reason we needed the storage was the loss of my brother-stayed on the phone while I confirmed access because I needed to access the unit that same day-assistance accessing the unit when we had an issue.-unit having a welcome bag inside when we arrivedGreat experience,-Jeff

The place is very very clean. The managment do a great job. I have no complaints with them, they help me when i lost my keys of my storage. The are very kind, thanks for everything.

The online process was pretty easy and customer service was great. My only disappointment was the offer was basically 100 dollars with 50% off first month, after all insurance and fees I end up paying 140 dollars. That was confusing after advertisement.
