I have been a T-Mobile customer for several years, never have I experienced that they tell me to get a Visa card and that I wouldn't have to pay the 5.00 cash extra. When I get the Visa card to pay my bill they said I still have to pay the 5.00 extra, not fair

WORST place to buy a phone. They sell u the cheapest phone to make commissions. They don't care about their customers and only about the money. Don't EVER go to this location. WORST TMOBILE EVER

This morning went to this T-Mobile shop in Lemoyne TERRIBILE TERRIBILE service…The lady who was in the front by the name Misty was just so unprofessional and nastyDidn’t help us at all she insisted we called costumer support services and “do it yourself “ instead of her helping us out doesn’t make any sense when they are in the store to help the costumers. Insisted on saying for about 30 mins straight how we should come back to the store when the costumer service line opens at 10 because she didn’t want to help us at all but instead we do it ourselves when it’s impossible because we have to do it in person store. Never coming back to this location ever very very RUDE!!

This person still works here (read below) and actually said to me as I was walking out "you should learn English".I didn't recognize her but she clearly did me, and was completely unprofessional from the start of my simple questions about caller ID. I said "what's going on, this is extremely unprofessional" and was walking out when she made what I can only assume is a racist slight at heritage or something petty.I previously had a bad experience like 3 years ago and you can see I updated that bad review.. but clearly this place deserves a 1 star. Wow2+years agoI previously had a bad review of this store as I had a completely unprofessional and unproductive visit .. even in that review I stated that was a shame because this location served me well in the passed. I got a call that this location is under new management and the new manager was very helpful and insightful on the phone. I was glad to hear these 2 that led to that poor review aren't here .. and I hope they aren't in customer service.

Called them stopped by for the WiFi now being offered in my area very courteous and knowledgeable young woman helped me through the whole process very pleased and highly recommend for sure thank T-Mobile

This is not a T-mobile store. It is a third party that is allowed to use T-mobile signage. I went in there to get a new iPhone. They messed up the transfer, costing me many many…many hours. They weren’t able to correct their mistake, Apple store had no clue, finally fixed when I took it to the actual T mobile store in Mechanicsburg. Worst part is they never admitted fault. Avoid this store!

I understand it's New Years Eve, no one wants to be working but the lady working here refused to help us without an attitude, not even 5 minutes in, we just simply left because she couldn't be of any help without making disrespectful comments. She proceeded to stare out the window at us once we got in our car.. disrespectful and just plain WEIRD.
