Had my truck break down 450 miles from home and limped it in to Doug at Mercer auto. He diagnosed the problem but was unable to procure parts needed for the repair so he helped me get in touch with local folks who could help me. Doug and his wife are very friendly and helpful they got us back on the road and didn't ask for a dime. Thank you!

I’ve never had my car serviced here so I can’t comment on that, however, I drive past this place twice every day on my two and a half hour commute. The drive is long and tiring. But let me tell you, the sign outside cracks me UP every. single. time!!! It’s hilarious! They’re always so witty and creative. It always puts a smile on my face and turns my day around. Whoever is in charge of changing this sign is doing it RIGHT. it never fails! And they change it so often it always keeps me on my toes. Honestly 10/10. Good job! Lol!

32 feet up a hiking family with 15 kids had Van issues and Mercer auto prioritize them and help them diagnose their problem so they could get back on the Appalachian trail. They are so appreciative and kindness given to them

This place was a Godsend! We were on a road trip and got a punctured tire on the highway. We pulled off at the nearest exit and pulled over to check it. Looked up to find we were right in front of this repair shop. They took us in immediately and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes for almost no $. The waiting room is beautiful and cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly. These are good people. ???Services: Tires

Huge Thank you to these guys. I had an emergency issue with my Alluminum shield under my vehicle. They patched it up, and sent me back on the road within 15 mins. I was back on the road across state.All the staff was very sincere and accommodating to me and my family!Really appreciate it! ❤️❤️

Requested a tune up. The coils were not changed and my engine is still misfiring as a result. even if it’s not included in THIER tune-up package, after pushing me to replace my tires and brakes with them you’d think maybe they’d mention the coils?Service: Auto engine tuning

i was driving home from Pennsylvania to New York and after an hour into my trip, i hit something on the road creating a loud bang. then saw on my dash, a decrease in tire pressure. i was on i 78, found the nearest exit and luckily, Mercer Automotive was less than 1/4 mile from the parkway. i was so happy and grateful that they were able to look at my car promptly as i also had my 94 year old mother with me - whose functional ability was limited. when my car was evaluated, it was found that the tire rim was bent. it was hammered out, tire sealed and i was told i was good to go. i replied, ok thank you, just give me the bill and i was told no bill. i was amazed. i am not telling y'all this for you to expect to get your car serviced and have no charge but rather, to let you know what a considerate and helpful business this is. i would have paid anything to be able to get back on the road home quickly. Great people, great service! Couldn't thank them enough. Hence, i would highly recommend Mercer Automotive!!Service: Tires

Lovely lovely souls. Very patient, very understanding, will do what they can to make your life easier if the immediate solution isn't readily available. Popped two tires yesterday and while waiting for the tires to be delivered- they could see that i was pretty frazzled from my entire situation. Caring, calming, gentle and lovely. Coming back again as soon as ive got my bills sorted again to get the other two done. Sucks that i had to be suck for a bit without my car, but after this experience Mercer is my first choice for any car repairs/tune ups. You wont be disappointed! ?✨
