GM of the store is a horrible guy. Refills were free and he tried to charge us and then trespassed us from the store and threatened to call the police 0/10 this guy needs to be fired!!! This is ridiculous how do u work at a business like this!!!

I just left this 7/11,and upon entering the 7-Eleven, there was a customer in the store in front of me. He was purchasing I think cigars. the cashier behind the register was not very polite with the customer. The gentleman was trying to explain to him which ones he wanted. While the cashier was blatantly ignoring him and acting like he didn’t understand. when I got to the register I was trying to take advantage of the two slices of pizza and big gulp promotion. I asked if he was making any more pizza. he said no only if I wanted to buy a whole one. so I opted for something else. I had money in my 7-Eleven wallet. This was the first time I’ve ever used it. before I entered the store, I saw there was a promo to get more points when you added money on the wallet. I tried to scan the app it didn’t work. he had no clue what he was doing.he was get an attitude with me because the Uber eats app was going off and he yelled at me and said he had orders to do . I told him to handle the orders and he can come back to me. He continue to get an attitude. I don’t think it fair that I wasn’t able to use my funds from the mobile app, because your staff is improperly trained. Also to be spoken to with such attitude. Maybe they shouldn’t be working alone, or someone else that can handle that shift should switch with this person and give him a less stressful shift. I think it was unprofessional and I used to love the 7-Eleven and the staff that worked there normally at this time of night . Ps I ended up going home and goggling it so I knew in the future how to use it. Since this gentleman was to rude to even try to help me with anything. It just made me feel uncomfortable.

This 7-Eleven is probably one of the better ones. The employees are friendly and polite, and the store is well-stocked and clean.

The only time I'll go to 711 is for loading cards or getting a unique flavored slurpee that Wawa never has for some odd reason but it's never packed so it's nice... unfortunately there just always seems to be some annoying A-hole asking for some ridiculous favor here out front...the employees never do anything about it but put their head down or disappear...what happened to you 7-11?! Step your food game up please it's disgusting looking anymore and start paying your employees better and treating them with respect OWNERS!!!! WHERE THE HELL ARE YA'S?!

I went this morning around 10:35am to buy lotto and drinks. The guy sold me two lotto tickets. When I intended to buy more lotto he told me that he was busy and wasn’t going to sell me anymore lotto. I ask why and he replied just because he was busy. Before me, two male customers got the lotto tickets and the store had two customer’s at the counter. They Just lost a customer

Horrible got coffee that obviously sat out for a while. almost completely cold I dumped it and got fresh .and he tried to charge me again.owner argues and yells at customers all the time.ive senn it atleast 3 times not including the 2 times he did it to me before hand the other people that work there are very nice but the owner is just horrible.
