I'm not one to complain but lady that works in the mornings was a lying j,udgmental ,prejudical and disrespectful to say the least ,
I went to rent a uhaul for a couple hours and she tried everything she could to not do business with me as well as lying and saying she called her superiors to check if my 3 co signers were valid enough but I had already talked to the man in charge and he told me before coming in that it wasn't an issue , but she kept up her lies and her bully like tactics , but I wasn't going for it I just walked out ...
Honestly she did have a movie on when I got there so maybe she was mad that I interrupted her Netflix and chill...😎

After reserving a truck for an 8 am pickup, we were told we couldn't get the truck till 9, leaving us paying movers for over an hour of standing there waiting on the truck.At 9, after the truck had been reserved for over 2 weeks, the guy decided he needed the id and info of a second person.I just rented a truck the day before, from uhaul, and didn't need another person...Don't know what this places issue was, but I'd recommend NOT renting a truck from this place...

Got nothing but a rude, condescending attitude from the lady in the office when I came to sign papers after signing up online, I will be taking my business elsewhere even if it cost me more money

You may not think much to look at the buildings, but no one has tampered with my unit, it is always dry inside, the rates are very reasonable, terms and conditions are reasonable, the staff is very helpful, courteous, and professional. I am thankful I was recommended to go there. Definitely recommend, ?

Getting set up with a unit was quick and easy ...They are very friendly and extremely helpful. $1 for the first month's rent was nice too. The place is very well kept and security is excellent. I would highly recommend A Storage Depot
