Arthur helped my mother and I sort out an issue we had been having for hours. We had a wonderful experience at this store and he specifically was patient, kind, and super knowledgable. Would definitely recommend this store!

thank you for having the patience and honesty to help me with my porting issues. the Bensalem store basically lied to me bc they didn't want to deal with the problems. youve gained a loyal customer. I wish I got the name of the female employee who helped me but thank you. i believe it was Cheryl.

Yesterday we had the privilege of being helped by Cheryl. She was very helpful. (Unfortunately when I did my review I hit the wrong number for satisfaction in my survey.. without fully reading the responses) she was extremely helpful and I would recommend anyone to go see her for assistance. I hope my incorrect response does not affect her in any way.

Garrett should be FIRED immediately for actually telling my father I am scamming him after I added ONE line to my acct. and Garrett must’ve needed the commission so he opened TWO lines on my acct. Garrett- why would I pick that man up off a bench in Atlanta with my husband, whom he’s NEVER met and bring him to my home if I am SCANMMING him????

Ryleigh at the Levittown,Pa store was very patient and helpful. We had multiple issues. She addressed each one with ample explanation. I have been to several AT&T stores as we live on both coasts. This women was hands down the best rep we encountered anywhere.

My grandson tried to return his phone just to be recycled since we missed the 30 day cutoff. They wouldn’t take it at the Levittown store after waiting 30 minutes so trash it???

Disappointed with my recent experience buying an iPhone 15 Pro for my wife at this AT&T store. The salesperson, Jim, unfortunately practices unethical sales tactics. While purchasing the phone, there was no mention of a protection plan. Later that day, upon reviewing our account online, we discovered a protection plan had been added.
We had to make a 2nd trip back to the store to have the plan cancelled. Jim's explanation - it's company policy to add protection plans to all new devices to avoid customer claims the store didn't offer it - was extremely unethical, especially with my 20 years of retail experience.
This experience has deterred me from future phone purchases at physical stores. If you're looking for a new phone, buy online to avoid unethical sales practices.
