Kevin had to have been the best salesperson I have had the pleasure to deal with over the past several years. No sales pressure at all and he took the time to explain everything we had questions on . A real pleasure working with Kevin . I have already expressed my positive experience I had with him to several people since our first meeting with him. Kudos to Kevin.

I had a great experience at AT&T today! In the past, I’ve had bad experiences and many issues with other AT&T’s but Tyler helped me a lot with the issues that I had and I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend going to him and even the manager Kevin was very helpful. Great service, go to this store for help.

This ATT store is now my go-to store! The new manager, Kevin, is a joy to work with and explained everything in detail. The whole staff is professional and courteous and made adding my boyfriend to my account an absolute breeze.

I just want to take a moment to sing praises of Kevin at this store. We took him our problems with our previous phone provider, and he was able to make the switch over to AT&T painless AND money saving. It’s so nice to have a quality store this close for all our wireless needs.

EDITING THIS: Now that we're a month out from our service swap, we're learning alot about what Kevin told us is incorrect. Buyer beware. Clearly he just pushed what would benefit him. The lady on the phone saved us the money that he promised he'd save. We were never warned we'd be prorated for part of the bill cycle, he never explained that we didn't need a business premium plan.
Shout out to the customer service line, honestly.

Please be aware. Do not trust these employees from this location. They will lie/steal to get commission. I had to put a large amount down with perfect credit to be told that I will get it all back in credits. It has been almost 2 years later and still nothing. Stay away from this location.
