My nail was ruined by a basic manicure. The guy used a Dremel sander to remove the cuticle and actually sanded away a divot in my nail bed. I’m hoping that it’s not permanently damaged. Not my first time going here but won’t go back.Services: Pedicure

Been going here for years. Since re opening after the pandemic, their skills and customer service have gone down the toilet. They don’t do proper pedicures anymore, barely scrubbing your feet!Today was the last straw when the tech cut my finger 3x and my toe! They also refuse to guarantee their work. Gel manicures don’t chip in 3 days and shouldn’t have streaks. Go back to get them fixed and they charge you!!Services: Pedicure

There's literally one girl who does a great job (she's a sweet older lady!) and all the rest half butt everything. Also every time I have booked an appointment the past three times, I don't get helped until 30-45 minutes later.. why book an appointment at that rate? And if you are looking for a place that dips your nails cleanly... this ain't it. They dip everyone's nails in the same powder/container. That means if someone has an open wound, and you do too, you now have their nasty wound germs and could honestly get sick... not sanitary.Service: Gel manicures

Unfortunately, the staff is quite racist. While I was the only black person in the salon, they acted like they couldn't understand what I was saying and rushed my nails. The price was better than what I could get in Philly, but certainly not worth the attitude or racism. I asked for slightly rounded stiletto nails and was left with bumpy, uneven nails that I can't wait to get reshaped elsewhere. The sad part is, their white clientele were not even upscale. It's a shame the way they treat you based on skin when the color of our money is the same...

absolutely awful, i get my nails done once in a while and when i do i don't ask for much, the pedicure wasn't awful but there is some polish on my skin, but i got my nails done LESS then 24 hours ago and my fingers are already chipping, they are so nasty when you ask for something and are only nice when you go to pay! my lady didn't even deserve a tip after how rude and how many times she cut me. never going back and i suggest no one else does either!

There was a time when I really liked this salon. But twice in a row now I have gotten a really bad final product. Disappointing. I understand that it’s very difficult work for not-awesome pay and probably no benefits. For that reason I am always extra polite, don’t complain, and tip well. But I think I need to find a new place at this point. ? Natural nails just don’t seem to be their thing.Services: Manicures

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! First I walked in and said hi and nobody greeted me back! I Waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure after I just got off work patiently after I watched somebody get the works on their feet! I’m excited because I work on my feet all day long! When it’s my turn I get a older lady who never if I was okay or if the water was okay! The water was warm which was no big deal! This lady barely touched my feet outside of painting my nails and was visibly mad because I didn’t hold my legs up in mid air for her to get the excess dead skin off. I just wanted to relax so after my feet didn’t soak I was supposed to suspend my feet to assist her. It ended up taking 45 minutes for my pedicure, people who sat down after me was done before I did meanwhile their feet was soaked and was gently massaged which I didn’t receive. After she had the nerve to ask how much was tip when I presented my card! This was by far the worst experience I received! I will never return!

I go in for a mani/pedi every other week for the last 2+ years (minus the short amount of time, a few months, they were closed due to Covid-19 restrictions, which had shut down multiple non essential businesses & were forced to temporarily close while most people were on lock down). But once reopened, they had followed all protocol for Covid, including spacing customers 6+ feet apart, only taking appointment customers & making sure appointments for each time slot were at a minimal. They also added plexiglass barriers between employees & customer seats for added safety & had a mask mandate for both customers & employees alike. Further along when certain restrictions were being lifted, their customers were no longer required to wear a mask if vaccinated & only strongly encouraged but not strictly enforced for non vaccinated..however, even up until my last visit on 3/10/22, their employees still wear masks & the plexiglass barriers are still in place even tho they are now able to take walk ins & have more people in salon at same time unlike before/in the midst of the pandemic. All of the ladies there are friendly & welcoming and since I’ve had the same person (Rosa) doing my nails pretty much for the last 12-18 months now (with only having to see another employee 2 of those times when Rosa was not available) it has made my experience there amazing since she knows how I like my nails (the length, shape & that I like to get the gel color changing polish)..it’s become a predictable routine which I am used to and prefer to have so there isn’t any issues, making my appointments hassle free & relaxing! And since I set my appointments up at the same time as my “mother in law”, who had been going there way before I had, everyone knows her & it’s made my experience all the better! I dread the day that we wind up moving out of this area back to south Jersey, leaving me to have to find a new nail salon but until then, I plan on keeping my bi-weekly appointments with Rosa and loving the job she does on my finger & toe nails ??Side note: they also have waxing available (brows, lip, chin, etc) amongst other services & offer gift certificates which come in handy for b’day & C’Mas gifts since my MIL goes here as well..couldn’t get much easier than this lol

Longest lasting gel color of any salon in the region. I've been going here now for the last 4 months and each time my service is consistent and polish LASTS! I do recommend scheduling an appointment as they do get busy.
