Bryan was fantastic, after we agonized about several carpet choices, he plopped one down in front of me that was perfect and that we immediately chose. The installers were also great, they told me that there had been some moisture and damage under the carpet we were trying to replace and that the entire tack strip had to be pulled up and replaced which wasn't something they normally did but they spent extra time doing it for us. My family loves the carpet, it was the perfect choice for our rooms, many thanks to Premier Carpet!”
