I often shop at this Carters in Langhorne,PA
As I shopped today , I was racially profiled& watched the whole 20min in the store while 7months pregnant try to prepare for my bundle of joy . Upon arrival I’m looking at all the boys clothes that’s out for spring collection at the door ,the woman Linda how is at the cashier station she talking to her co worker does not greet me or my family member and wait 10min into us looking threw and picking out clothes in the boy spring collection area . Linda then yells from the cashier station , “is there something I can help you with .” I’m talking to my family member and didn’t acknowledge what she said right away then she says again “excuse me is there something I can help you with while I had already been shopping picking items up . My thought were you didn’t great us and I have items in my Hand which would shows you I know what I came here for. So I replied “No I don’t need your help. “ as I look around its four other customers in the store that you didn’t address or greet or services. As I continue to shop Linda and the other co-worker keep talking. As I continue to still shop I’m taking my time to see what I want and think about what I already bought here from the previous visit . Linda again yells out from the cashier station “ is there something I can help you with it seems like you have been in your head a lot.” While again it’s numerous other customers in the store shopping and she and her co worker are just focused on me and my cousin while we are shopping. Wasn’t very nice when checking us and out and continued to talk to here co worker while checking us out and slipping in a few word from time to time . I have never experienced this before at this carters and I will not be shopping here again . It’s was upsetting and extremely uncomfortable.

I went to return an outfit that my baby was way too big for. They did not have any in store so the lovely ladies ordered the correct size and had it shipped to my home. Wonderful customer service!!
