the guy who owns it Ron Doesn't care if you get a good phone or not. I wanted a Samsung s23 FE and he told me that the free phone Motorola g stylus was just as fast and that everybody loves it. And he said it's the last one so you better get it pretty much suckering me into getting the free phone instead of buying what I wanted. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk constantly locking up. Screen doesn't respond when you touch it. The camera is so bad . And made like a piece of junk. The only reason he wanted to give me the free phone was because he makes more money off free phones than the phones that he sells. An when I tried calling there his phone was disconnected to the store and when I called again he said he forgot to pay his phone bill. Lol

Awesome experience!I went to here to replace my lost SIM card. I called before to inqure about what is needed. Ron (the owner) knows exactly what to do and told me to get my PIN ready before I come. When I arrived, he got me a new SIM with my old cell phone number set up within 5 minutes! Really awesome experience!!! ?

A1 experience, the lady Hannah i believe her name was, was an incredible customer service representative. I came in for a simple problem and she went above and beyond to make sure all my problems were taken care of.

DO NOT GO THERE!! cricket is by far the worst I've ever had you never have more then 1 bar of service it's way overpriced and I've been dealing with alot of other issues as well like randomly not allowed to text or call staying there is no service and not connecting to the internet I'm going back to metro so save yourself a headache cricket is terrible
