You would think a store that caters to sick people, and old people, would have a restroom that you could use. Even in the case of an emergency. I have IBS, and had an urgent need. I was told if I you in, then I have to let in everyone else. Even when I expressed to her it was urgent. Very cold-hearted. I wish I had gotten her name. Too bad, I won't visit this CVS again.

It would be nice if the phone / voicemail really did work at this location. It's a shame NO ONE wants to answer any phone in the day and age. The voicemail here blows!

Hello rating 1 star due to trying to call your store and your robot is the worse. Most frustrating process trying to get someone on the phone is near impossible

I left Walgreens at the corner of new falls and Levittown pkwy and have all my prescriptions moved to CVS in fairless hills because the service was horrific at Walgreens. CVS is excellent! They text me within 5 minutes that my prescription is sent over and within 30 minutes I get an additional text letting me know my prescription is ready for pick up. Best move I could’ve ever made. Very frustrating when a pharmacy consistently doesn’t have your prescription in stock after taking the same medication for 10yrs

Disrespectful pharmacy techs. I work at a physician's office and patient had a change in dose of the medication so rather than the pharmacist catching the change in dose, they filled the lower dose and patient picked up. This caused a delay in therapy. When I called the pharmacy to clarify , I talked to a tech who told me " well you are the ones the sent us two different doses in 3 days span and they are not sure if they can fill." It is the pharmacist job to catch those changes in doses and if there is a question they should call to clarify not decide which one to fill. When I asked to override to fill the new dose for the patient, I was told " I don't need your attitude I will have you speak to the pharmacist and was placed on hold for sometime. This is not professionalism and if you cannot work in healthcare and acknowledge errors then you should be working in that field. " DO NO HARM."

Lisa The Fill Is by far 1 of the most disrespectful, irate, nasty pharmacy techs I have ever encountered ever in my life, after dealing with more than 1 occasion of her ignorant treatment of poor service, She also lied to my endocrinologist office she also put them on hold for 20-30 mins+ and held the line and wouldn’t answer any other lines they called from which made me have to leave work so I could have my Drs office speak to a pharmacy staff member to get my medication, Lisa will hide behind the cvs counter and walls while Cowardly Using her position to directly and indirectly disrespect/demean sickly customers, I see all the reviews about this woman but she continues to hold this position if she treats these handful of people this way I can only imagine all the sick, helpless, unfortunate people that may not be able to stand up for themselves or have no voice to do so she has done this too ,

Uhm. I'm sure this might be a hard concept to handle. But if CVS employees work Saturdays the whole day, that typically means the world is open and working as well. I didn't know the pharmacy is closed at 6 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. Even if there are no pharmacists, how about cashiers so they can collect the meds? So now I'm without. Thank you!

I love CVS the rewards, perks, sales, and especially the young lady I met Lillie who is amazing and super helpful. She listened to my concerns about shopping after Valentines day and finding something for my daughter. Also, I saved a lot of money being a extra care member so I left happy happy happy thanks CVS for your rewards and your phenomenal customer service staff. I appreciate you and I'm so grateful to be a part of the family.
