Disrespectful pharmacy techs. I work at a physician's office and patient had a change in dose of the medication so rather than the pharmacist catching the change in dose, they filled the lower dose and patient picked up. This caused a delay in therapy. When I called the pharmacy to clarify , I talked to a tech who told me " well you are the ones the sent us two different doses in 3 days span and they are not sure if they can fill." It is the pharmacist job to catch those changes in doses and if there is a question they should call to clarify not decide which one to fill. When I asked to override to fill the new dose for the patient, I was told " I don't need your attitude I will have you speak to the pharmacist and was placed on hold for sometime. This is not professionalism and if you cannot work in healthcare and acknowledge errors then you should be working in that field. " DO NO HARM."

Lisa The Fill Is by far 1 of the most disrespectful, irate, nasty pharmacy techs I have ever encountered ever in my life, after dealing with more than 1 occasion of her ignorant treatment of poor service, She also lied to my endocrinologist office she also put them on hold for 20-30 mins+ and held the line and wouldn’t answer any other lines they called from which made me have to leave work so I could have my Drs office speak to a pharmacy staff member to get my medication, Lisa will hide behind the cvs counter and walls while Cowardly Using her position to directly and indirectly disrespect/demean sickly customers, I see all the reviews about this woman but she continues to hold this position if she treats these handful of people this way I can only imagine all the sick, helpless, unfortunate people that may not be able to stand up for themselves or have no voice to do so she has done this too ,

I love CVS the rewards, perks, sales, and especially the young lady I met Lillie who is amazing and super helpful. She listened to my concerns about shopping after Valentines day and finding something for my daughter. Also, I saved a lot of money being a extra care member so I left happy happy happy thanks CVS for your rewards and your phenomenal customer service staff. I appreciate you and I'm so grateful to be a part of the family.

Uhm. I'm sure this might be a hard concept to handle. But if CVS employees work Saturdays the whole day, that typically means the world is open and working as well. I didn't know the pharmacy is closed at 6 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. Even if there are no pharmacists, how about cashiers so they can collect the meds? So now I'm without. Thank you!

This review is for pharmacy only. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Truc Nguyen who administered the vaccine to my husband, MIL and I. Absolutely painless & she was very kind and professional.

Great store. Pharmacy is excellent! The pharmacy techs are courteous and caring. The pharmacists can be compared to the “old fashioned neighborhood”drug stores where customers were very well taken care of and service was prompt and caring. I loved my old neighborhood drugstore but through insurance was made to use a CVS. I’m glad this one is the one I chose. This pharmacy is second to none.

I called in for a delivery of prescriptions that were ready all week but I don’t drive. Even tho they were ready I only called for delivery 3 days ago. They still have not been delivered and have been “en route” for two days. I keep calling and asking for their status. I told the pharmacy workers not to refill 3 prescriptions and two were filled anyway and I was charged as well. That tells me people at the CVS located 4212 Woodbourne road in Levittown PA do not work cohesively and as a team. Very disappointing! The CVS in Willow Grove, PA spoiled me they are located at 2879 W Moreland rd it used to be my usual CVS and they are heavily populated yet manage to get everything done in a timely matter with perfection. I never want to get delivery again unfortunately I don’t drive. I’m not even going to get started about how my cashier yesterday (went in to ask where my meds are) forgot to add my CVS cash even tho I reminded her. They really need to step their game u

I came in to the Pharmacy at around 1:30 PM and Pharmacist/Pharmacy was closed for lunch so I had to wait till pharmacy opened so I could get my scripts...it was a bit inconvenient.

I called CVS on Woodbourne Rd today about my prescription. I had a question when talking to the girl in the pharmacy but she laid down the law to me with her non-customer relationship attitude. She hung up the phone on me when I spoke and then I proceeded to call my doctor's office and simply switched pharmacies to my new non-CVS small-town pharmacy. I guess CVS is too big for little old me.

I stopped in to buy some embarrassing items about an hour and a half ago and the girl who helped me find what I needed went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (it can definitely be an awkward experience buying some things) and even checked me out at the pharmacy register so I wouldn't have to buy them in front of people. Absolutely love her. I wish I caught her name but she's an angel. Give her a raise please and thank you

Lisa, pharmacy technician is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! She interrupts people on the phone, placing them on hold mid-sentence. Then refuses to finish the call saying she’s “too busy”. She gave the call to her supervisor “Jessie” who was about as much help as could be expected from a non-backbone supervisor. No apologies given for her worker. Barely completed the call. Both need management sit downs including Lisa being fired. Absolutely taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacist, Lisa, was truly one of the most disrespectful pharmacists I've ever spoken to. I am appalled by her judgmental comments towards a patient in recovery as well as the comments directed to our office. Did not let me answer her question after demanding an explanation. Very unsettling interaction that will be reported.
