Came in earlier to grab black ops 4 and Diablo IV store looked really busy but very clean and Mel was quite nice and rang me up quick! Will be back for sure!

Absolutely great store. Been shopping there since they opened at this location along with every other gamestop I cone across I always go in and see what they got. There all pretty good and all have great employees that will gladly help you with anything.

When you trade in cd games even if the game is flawless they charge a resurfacing fee then put your game in the shelves without resurfacing, theft by deception is what gamestop is good at and they don't honor their warranty on systems they try to give you used junk that is claimed to be refurbished but isn't.

If I could give 0 stars I really would. I was hesitant about getting a preowned console and did. I opened it and HUNDREDS of bed bugs came crawling out. I didn’t have time to take a photo because I had to close and tape it back up but absolutely disgusting.There’s no way they could not have known about THIS many bugs if they ACTUALLY inspected the devices.There was bed bugs of all kind of sizes so there’s no way they all just hatched. There was baby bugs and full grown ones.The worst experience ever and I’m going tomorrow to get my money back.
