The employees are efficient and courteous. Giant Pharmacy employees have superior communication policies. Customers are welcome to walk in and receive injections for appropriate disease preventions. Texts and phone reminders when prescriptions are ready. Doctors and clients definitely expect that medications are correctly processed and costs remain as low as possible.

NEVER tells doctor that prescriptions are out of stock (which they are 50%+ of the time). Instead, you get a text pushing your refill to "the next BUSINESS day after 5" - DAY AFTER DAY! UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS PRACTICE!!! Pushed my prescription day after day due to "out of stock". I'd still be waiting if I didn't take a proactive approach.

This is the pharmacy in Levittown location. Can't say enough good things about them. Pharmacists & Techs are the nicest people. If I have a question, they are always nice about answering it and prescriptions are filled in a reasonable time frame, unlike my former pharmacy. I'm just sorry I waited so long to make the switch from the other one, who's name is just letters. ?

They were out of the peanut butter cookies that I was looking for also, just like the other stores. I guess the matrix zeroes in on the one thing I like and depletes only that^

This review is for the deli only. Jonathan did not process my kiosk deli order. People after me (by order #) have come and gone. Ordering via kiosk IS NOT S CONVENIENCE! The woman who stepped in was super sweet!

This is my absolute favorite food store. It is laid out well. They usually have what I need. However in this unprecedented times many places struggle with keeping their shelves stocked. This Giant is doing a wonderful job keeping up with demand.

I've been shopping here for a number of years. Most recently I've had the chance to shop at the Feasterville location I'm loving their selection. I drive all the way from Levittown to Feasterville because the selections in Levittown actually suck. the Management teams to talk to each other.
