I can not express how much I have enjoyed coming here. The first time was to get a bad hair cut fixed and it was like magic. I went today and the experience could not have been better. I can't remember the last time I had such a great hair cut and great conversation to go along with it. The folks here are terrific, I could spend all afternoon having a chat and getting my hair taken care of if I could! Thank you ladies, I look forward to coming in again soon!

Hopefully changed since I was last here, I got a basic male haircut and was shuttled out of my seat asap (cost more than expected too) and when I got to work my coworkers pointed out a huge missing chunk of hair I was the joke of the day

The staff is always miserable. They act annoyed when someone walks in and they actually have to work. I don’t see how they stay open.

They cut my son’s hair too short on one side. I’ve had some issues here before but this was ridiculous. His hair is an inch too short over his ear. He’s embarrassed to leave the house. I don’t blame him. Woodbourne Rd location, 6/20/25 @ approximately 4:45 pm.

I have been a loyal customer of Great Clips since 2017 and have always appreciated their consistent service. However, my recent experience at this salon was extremely disappointing.
During my visit, I encountered a stylist named Laura who was rude and unprofessional from the moment I sat in her chair. She disregarded my instructions for the haircut I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair in a manner that did not match what I had asked for.
To make matters worse, Laura began yelling at me loudly during the appointment, which was completely uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable.
The haircut itself turned out to be a mess. It was evident that Laura was not paying attention to detail, resulting in a style that was far from what I usually receive at Great Clips.
As someone who values good customer service, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. I hope that Great Clips addresses these issues seriously to maintain the reputation they have built over the years.
I appreciate your attention to this review and hope that my feedback helps improve the service at this location.

I usually get a good cut and service is always good. I check in online when i know i can get there so not much waiting time.
Requested style: I have long, thick and curly hair. The wolf cut has my hair under control finally.

My son visited the Great Clips at 4218 Woodbourne Rd. in Levittown PA on 06/04/24 around 5/5:30 PM.
He was absolutely butchered! He got his haircut for his high school graduation, that is only a few days away, and he is now humiliated. A refund can’t even rectify the terrible haircut he received. I will now have to pay an additional $40, before the tip, to see if a barber can fix his haircut.
I am beyond angry. I would have sent him back but it is now 7 PM and the location is closed for the evening. I am livid. Make this right!
1. The first photo is the before photo.
2. The second photo is the photo that he showed the hairdresser as a reference photo for the haircut that he wanted.
3. And every photo there is the terrible butcher job that he received.
The hairdresser even accepted a tip and allowed him to leave with his head looking like that.

I've been coming here for years, never left unsatisfied. But, today I did. I showed my hair stylist (should say hair cutter) the picture of what I wanted. She said ok, we talked while she cut my hair. Once done I said it looked good now to style it. She said.. Oh no, I can't. We are short staffed (3 girls there and at that time I was the only customer) and she was on light duty.. Now I can appreciate being on light duty. However, it's a curling iron. And if that was the case, why did she not say anything when I showed her the picture.. When I sat in the chair?
