Bigger guy at the counter is a complete A-hole. Used to come here regularly to drop off packages for my small business, and was never given a problem as I packed my own parcel & provided my own labels. Never needed assistance until today, as the box that I came with wouldn’t be large enough to fulfill all contents & required a shipping label. I came in with an already packed box, along with other items I was hoping to purchase a mailer for. My mom came with me, as I’d need help carrying items in the store. We had a few questions regarding the shipment, including insurance for the package.. We never got an answer to any of the questions, just a blank stare. Instead of giving me the mailer as requested, this man began cutting my box open, I assume, to put both packages together in a larger box. He didn’t say a word, ask for permission to open it, or even let me know what he would be doing with it. My mom asked that he be careful while slicing through the tape to avoid damaging any of the contents inside. This man immediately began making condescending comments towards my mom, and asking “is this your package or hers?” in a strange tone, as if she didn’t have a right to ask questions. He did end up grabbing a bigger box from the back and started loading everything inside. We wanted to be sure that all of the contents were included in the box, as I had a bunch of small stickers inside that would keep falling out. Not only that, but we wanted to be sure that the package was secure, as the “new” box had previously been taped and cut open. Some more comments to my mom: “are you an overbearing parent?“ & “please do not touch the package,” after my mom tried making sure the box was secure, and mocking her whenever she laughed uncomfortably. The last straw for this man, I guess, was when my mom reached for my package (that was sitting on the counter in front of us - not in his hands) in attempt to add more tape from a roll that we brought with us. He picked up the box to slam it on the counter, told her to take it, then told us to leave.
I wish I could’ve given this place a good review as it was a convenient solution to fulfilling my orders, but realistically, this place doesn't care about you or your shipments. Staff is not friendly or helpful, and in my opinion, is only in business to make a quick profit. This place is a bit unorganized & very time consuming if you are looking for any kind of assistance, or planning on using them as a label and/or mailer provider. Only good as a dropoff location in my experience, and a lot easier to get the job done without actually speaking to the employees. They don’t want to help you.

I use this store with samsung trade program to return 2 cellphones both arrived with empty box. Dont ever trust this store he has not provided me with a receipt now I have to pay full amount in my trades for the phones.

I sent a framed piece of art created by my late husband's grandmother to his niece in West Virginia. It was prepared so carefully for shipment I was confident that it would arrive undamaged. It got there safely and the great granddaughter was delighted to have a piece of her family history. Thank you so much Mailboxes Unlimited on wood Bourne road in Levittown we are so happy that such care was given to this 70 yrs old family treasure.

Pass if you have to drop off anything expensive for fedex here, this place has “no way to do receipts for tracking.” I was like yea okay buddy ?

I am glad I can leave a review. I went in today to mail a package. The gentlemen could not have been any nicer or more helpful! I needed to have him print the label and bag the box I was shipping. He talked me through the process (he pretty much did it himself) Thanks!

I used Mailboxes Unlimited to send my trade in back to Samsung. I was told by Samsung that I had to use a FedEx Ship Center, not a drop box. I went on FedEx's website, and Mailboxes Unlimted came up. I've never done anything like this before, so the day I went up there was a man speaking with another man, casually. He asks me what I needed. I explained to him that I was shipping a trade in back to Samsung, and I needed to send it via FedEx. He took my package, looked at it, and said, "ok." That was it. A few days later I get a notification from Samsung that they have not received my trade in. I go back to Mailboxes Unlimited to find out what happened. The same man asks me for the tracking number. He can't find anything and advises that I call FedEx customer support. I ask him for a receipt to at least show that I had used his services, and he agreed because he remembered me. It had the Mailboxes Unlimited stamp, his initials, and the date that I came up with the package, originally. Long story short, no one can find this packageIt has completely disappeared. And, Samsung wanted to charge me the value of the trade in, because the receipt I was given contained no tracking number. After a full week of back and forth with Samsung and FedEx, I have been vindicated. Samsung has agreed to file a claim with FedEx, and FedEx informed me that they will be filing a formal complaint with Mailboxes Unlimited. This business accepts packages on behalf of FedEx, yet keeps no record of them. They, literally, put them in a pile for a driver, and if they disappear, they shrug their shoulders. I could kick myself for not insisting on a receipt that first morning, but the guy behind the counter was so cavalier about everything that it was obvious he just doesn't typically offer a receipt. My advice, if you use this business for FedEx shipping, get an itemized receipt, including the tracking number.

Small business, very convenient to drop off a pre-labelled package and go. Usually a short line for other things, compared to the US post office.Only problem I have is they've changed their contact info and shortened their hours, but it's still wrong on the internet and their sign. They close at 5 during the week and the website listed in a few places has malicious content.
