Why is this store even open or on Google? Everytime I come to this location the door is locked at 5:20pm on a Friday. No signs was put up but the hours on the window says open till 8pm. When a sells person is there they try to over price items that is listed different in the store or advertised. This location is just the worst experience I have ever had out of any other Merto PCS store.

Well once again I have to go up to the store due to lack of competence. They shut off my son's new line and was only supposed to transfer his old number over to his new phone. I will never be a customer with Metro again!

I've been a metro customer for 10+ years. I went today to upgrade mine and my husband phones. Normally you got what ever phone was in the upgrade and you paid the activation fee. Today I'm told they no longer do that and you have to pay full price plus activation fee. With the exception of one phone that they give you a $40 discount. The phone is a $349 phone. So I guess you don't take care of your existing customers any more.

I bought a phone there, after less than a year the charging port broke, i went there and the manager told me she would order me a replacement that would come within 3 days, 3 days later i was told it would be there by 7 days, on the 7th day I was told "our store owner changed" who has to order it and we cant get a hold of him there's nothing we can do, so much for "the phone will be here 3 in days" terrible customer service.

THE AREA MANAGER WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE IN THE STORE DEFINITELY COMING BACK TO GET A UPGRADE

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is such a disappointment. I am so frustrated that I bought a new unlocked phone from Best Buy and went to another phone company where I only have to pay $15 a month. The workers are so incompetent here at Metro. The male there was a thief and overcharged. DON'T EVER BUY A PHONE FROM METRO. THEY LOCK YOUR PHONE SO YOU CAN'T GO TO ANOTHER CARRIER. BUY AN UNLOCKED PHONE FROM ELSEWHERE. You can even buy an UNLOCKED phone from online.

This place is the WORST! Phone activation was over $100. Bought a phone less than a month ago for my Grandmom and paid over $300 for it. Now there is no activation service and it can only make emergency calls. The store didn’t help and ripped us off. The phone can’t even be used with another company because it is locked to the carrier. They don’t print you a receipt. We were told by one it was sent to email and by another person it was sent by text, but didn’t get either. Thankfully, It was put on a credit card and we can get a receipt that way, but in the mean time there is no activation for a SENIOR CITIZEN who needs phone service.

What a terrible experience with Metro. They somehow stopped me from sending text messages. This place has cost me $100 of dollars, since I am unable to send text messages for work. When I went into the store for help, no one was able to help me. Every time Metro did something with my phone there were more problems. I tried to get my phone fixed so I could text, and they winded up causes me to not be able to make phone calls. I had to have my son fix the mess up on their part. After numerous attempts, I am still without the ability to text on my cell phone. They also caused me to lose important voice messages I had saved in my phone with one of their attempts to try and fix the problem with me not being able to send texts. I am so frustrated with this place. I'm paying for a service I can't even use. PLEASE HELP! Apparently Metro is too incompetent to help!
