The girl that was in the day I went was very helpful to me. There was also a few guys in another day that helped me. They are very good and helpful. Courteous and patient. I have been a customer for many years. No complaints.

Had the WiFi router for a over a year now, the wire that goes into the router and then to the wall outlet suddenly stopped working because the transformer failed, cheap Chinese junk, said it was $7 for a replacement wire then told me any usb c wire would work, he tried a usb c wire and it didn’t work, and then proceeded to tell me that it would, they have a bunch more routers and wires and that were there that didn’t work and then blamed me for the wire not working and saying he’s gotta pay out of pocket for the wires after I repeatedly told him I’d give him $20 for a $7 wire that they already have plenty of, told me I had to wait 7 days for a replacement wire because they gotta order a new one off Amazon, sounds professional

On December 1. I bought an internet box I brought it home hooked it up and it worked well for about 3 hours after that the next 3 days the internet kept saying loading I was never able to access the internet again. I went back into the the store at 4002 New Rogers Rd same rep Joe. Told me he couldn't give me a refund or credit but he needed the box back. I gave it to him he assured me he would turn off the services would'nt be charged again. This is now almost mid February and I'm still being charged monthly. I want my 3 months refund or credit. I've been a loyal customer over 14 yrs

I always go to this store (4002 New Rodgers Rd, Levittown, PA 19056) because from all the metro stores I am treated like family in here. I always talk with Bilal Al Sharif, the store manager and I will not go to another store for help. I am a loyal costumer and it’s because of him. Highly recommend

Just saying I love this place and the guy helped so ooo much transferring one phone to another phone and then another phone to another phone with lots of ease he made my day! Oh when Xfinity couldn’t he could! Thank you as always!

They charge you $5 to pay your bill at the store when you can "pay it on your phone for free". They also added an additional $1 to your bill. My friend bill was $50 she end up paying $61 inside the store. $50 for her plan + $5 store fee $5 for insurance and an additional $1 just cause.?

I don't normally right reviews.I had to write one to tell people about a gentleman that works at Metro. Everyone calls him, B. He was so patient and kind and helpful.If you want great service go see him and metro.
