I have never encountered such a rude pharmacist. I called this morning to make sure that I am able to fill my prescription and the lady said yes just to have my dr send in a new prescription so I did all that and then I come in to pick it up and the pharmacist starts yelling at me and saying he can’t fill it 2 days early which he has done for months for me. Why have your cashier tell me to have my dr send in a new prescription if you aren’t going to fill it. You just wasting my time and gas. I can’t even have my dr send my prescription anywhere else now since they are already closed. Just terrible rude unprofessional behavior. If you want to be treated like trash go ahead and do business with this pharmacy

If I could give a zero star I would. 5 days ago I was in to pick up a prescription and at that time I asked that my insulin be renewed. I am a type 1 diabetic. I literally need insulin to live. So I called today to make sure that I was able to pick it up and that is when they told me that they couldn't get it. I can understand that their "supplier" is out of it but what I can't understand is why wasn't I called and told 5 days ago or 4 days ago or even today? Why did I have to contact you to find out if you can get it? That question wouldn't have even entered my mind since you've been getting it for me since Oxford Valley Pharmacy closed. But it's not the first time that I wasn't contacted recently about a medicine. My doctor prescribed another diabetic medication for me and I was told when I ASKED about it that your supplier doesn't carry it! Why wasn't I called about that? I don't know what is going on with them because when I first went with them, they weren't like that. Were you nice and accommodating until you got my business? Well guess what? You don't have it any longer!

My biggest qualm with this pharmacy is that they never open on time. Someone usually gets there 5-10 late to start opening (we know this because we’ve waited a couple times to pick up prescriptions when they were supposed to be open). They also have a car with big advertising on it for free delivery. However, the deliveries are limited to those with ongoing medications, and the delivery days are very limited. That’s completely fine, and maybe that’s how a lot of pharmacy deliveries work, but I just assumed if you’re advertising that right in front of the business for everyone to see that it would available to a larger group of people/available more frequently.The one pro to this place is that the pharmacist is friendly.

Kenneth Lee gave me my shot. He was very gentle. The ladies that work there are all very polite. I would recommend pennsbury pharmacy to anyon.

Went to get my booster and this place after calling around was the most helpful. Going there they answered all my questions and staff and pharmacist was great.

I've also called a few times.
