I walked in was greeted hello how are you with a friendly smile from the nice cashier who was male not that it matters I wish I knew his name so I could shout out to him for being so nice! He had a beard and was pretty tall very nice gentleman!

PetSmart needs to do something about selling Beta fish. There is absolutely no reason to have them rotting away in little cups until some kid comes over and buys them to keep them in a jar to feed it cereal til it eventually dies.
It is cruel, shameful, and horrific. How would PetSmart CEO like it if we put them in a plastic container and fed them bread crumbs?

Took my Dog to get groomed here and he's had explosive diarrhea for 3 days since. I thought it was nerves at first now I'm starting to wonder if they gave him old treats or something.

Love this place my pup has been here twice for grooming ,they always groom my dog perfectly but every time I pick him up from grooming I he comes home with a horrible cough that last for weeks sometimes and he also pees in the house a lot afterwards but he’s trained idk what’s going on

My mom took our adorable dog ruby to get trimmed up. The groomer Jess is who did her “trim”. She took all of her hair off. She looks like a rat now. Also nothing is even on her body. The tail has more hair at the top and less at the bottom. The legs are all butchered. We would like some money back or all because this is not what we wanted. You can contact my mom. The dog’s name is ruby kelly. This is a disgrace and we will never be going back. She was in on 7/28/2024 @9am.

Butchered my dog in the grooming salon. Bald patches all over his body. Will never return to the location in Levittown, PA or any other locations. If they couldn’t perform the services then a conversation should have been had.
