I went here 2 days ago looking for a car. I actually liked the people who worked there until the guy called me the day after he told me he would call within 2 hours. I answered and told him It wasn’t a good time to talk because I was working and he immediately started being rude. Saying i have an attitude and how he’s the only one who can help me. Very nasty and unprofessional so i told him I would decline his service. I would never go here or recommend anyone else to go here either.

James got me approved and also was able to get me a 48000 mile warranty for no additional cost.I strongly recommend him and his team.James,and Alex also took care of me after I purchased the vehicle it came with no spare,but my car doesnt come with spare new.However,they still gave me one as Im a single mother.Its so nice to know that they put my mind to rest,and didnt charge me anything extra!! Ps. I went to buy a car here 6 months ago,and it was not the same service.All I can say is James the Finance Mgr,and one of the higher ups Alex together make a great team.The young salesguy who knows about the cars was also a big help.He was able to get me a gigantic discount on a spare key.I got sooooo lucky,and Im super grateful for these guys!!

This place is horrible for a number of reasons!! I came and financed a 2020 Acura exactly one year ago and I love the car, my problem is that about 5 months ago I got a letter from DMV stating I wrote them a bad check for $1600 and my registration was going to be suspended if it wasn’t paid, I had no idea what this was for because I don’t have any checks. So I called DMV and they told me it was for my tax,tags and registration, I financed my vehicle and tax, tags and registration was included in my financing and I also gave them a down payment. I did not owe anything else so why would they print a check in my name from my bank account to pay for something that was already paid to them by my financing company. I called them and they basically told me that I was screwed and gave me the run around. I went and filed a complaint with the PA attorney general and they did nothing. I just wanted this resolved, I’m a single Mom with 6 children and I didn’t have another $1600 laying around so now I’m paying for a car I can’t drive because the registration is suspended. That’s just the beginning they also advertised for $16,999 and charged me $20,000 for no reason, that is illegal, they also pulled the yo-yo financing after all papers were signed and I left with the car the next day they called me and told me my payment was going from $420 to $540 and my interest went from 15% to 27% and if I didn’t want to sign the new contract, I could bring the car back but I would lose my $3000 down payment and that is illegal!! I am stuck in this situation and I don’t want anyone else to experience this and I won’t back down until this is taken care of.

A few days ago I bought a car from the Philly auto group. From the time I arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming. Salesperson showed me lots of cars and help with this challenging choice. Finance manager James was also very friendly and helpful and makes my stay in Philly auto group very comfortable. I will recommend y’all to everyone I know!

I bought an infiniti g35x as is back in February from these guys. They didn't tell me about the exhaust leak, the broken ac compressor, the subframe rust, the suspension rust, the rough idling. At this point with the amount of money I've invested into this car I could just saved and got a newer car with far less problems. Not to mention that the car was sitting in the lot for months and months. it even needed all 4 new tires because they were dry rotted. Ontop of AALLLL this, it took me months to even get a registration from these guys. then when i finally did, I had to go to the dmv and buy a brand new one because it was expired. Do me a favor, save your time and money and avoid this place. Only redeeming quality was that the workers were nice, but it's poorly run and they know that when they sold me that car that had been sitting for months that they were ripping me the hell off. Unbelievable. Great lesson for me.

if you live far away do not waste ur time here. I called beforehand and let them know my situation they told me to come in because they knew fasure they would be able to help. I asked them verbatim “are you sure I can come cause I have to travel a hour away so are you positive you guys can help me”, they told me yes they are sure, so I got there and was only there for 10 minutes, immediately the guy told me he wouldn’t be able to help me!! Wasted my time. I payed someone for travel there and back all for nothing. I don’t understand why give misinformation on the phone if you can’t help you can’t help why waste someone’s time?

I found the Philly Auto Group by sheer luck. My 2007 Toyota Sienna had too many issues and I had to junk it. I went to Philly Auto Group with the $ that I got from junking my old vehicle. Let me tell you from the time I arrived the staff was friendly,warm,& welcoming. They showed me one vehicle a 2018 Chevy Equinox that I liked and was willing to purchase. But a couple days later they contacted me and told me that they had a better deal for me. I was a little reluctant at first because I had my mind set on the first vehicle but I must say I’m very pleased with my 2021 Jeep Compass fully loaded! I couldn’t have gotten a better deal any place else! Thank you to the entire team at Philly Auto Group. I will recommend y’all to any and everyone I know!😁👍🏾

Be AWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! SALES PEOPLE and the owner all crooked. 1) They said the van i purchased is clean no accident. Nope, It has been in 1. THE WHOLE SIDE GATE IS CHANGED or PAINTED.
2)They said they would send me the title which was supposed to be a clean 1 to my home adress within 60 days after i purchased it. Here i am 2 months later without 1. I personally had to go to the dealershjp and dig it myslef after the 60 days period passed and the title they gave me at the dealer in Levittown was a reconstructed title not a clean one as they have promised. They ripped me off a good amount of money with the title not being clean.
3)Transmission is having issues.
4)They promised that they would send me the second set of keys to my home adress. Guess what! They never did. After the 2 months is up i go ask for it & they tell me the owner has to look in the box which they had told me the same lie 2 month ago when i bought the vehicle at the dealer.
BE AWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM THESE CROOKED PEOPLE.. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. Do not waste your time and money!
