I went into this store looking for something specific. I asked the girl with the neon green hair at the counter if she had clip ins & before i could even get the words out, she LOUDLY yelled NOPE! When i tried to explain exactly what i was looking for i was bluntly cut off again with a loud NOPE! I felt so uncomfortable, i had to walk out. I have never felt so unwanted in a store before. Maybe teach them some customer service skills..

went to sally's beauty and asked for a gloss/ hair mask to make my color pop (which is a strawberry blonde) and they handed me semi permanent copper hair dye/conditioner stating it would do the same thing. now my hair looks like a carrot. i trusted their opinion. very sad. :/

Was helped out by Katlynn the other day. One of the reasons why I always come back to this location is they always have the men's section in stocks. Katlynn was so helpful trying to suggest which items would work best for my clients. Hope to be back soon. The customer service was great!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times to always be greeted and assisted by the girl with the black hair and purple hat (I believe her name is Taylor? At least that’s what I’ve heard other associates call her.), she goes above and beyond! ❤️ She answers all my questions very professionally and thoroughly so that I can understand the process that goes into my hair. I will definitely be coming back.

I went in there asking for a perm this girl shows me all white perms like what was the purpose of showing me This place is supposed to have everything for all hair types there's no black perms only three boxes of dye for black women nothing else for black women

I went there for hair color the girl was very nice but need to go back for a toner, my hair has a little to much orange for me. . Refunded my money because I wasnt happy with the color. I was shocked I didnt even ask she asked if I still had my receipt which I did gave it to her and was refunded I was like ok...I didnt complain just said its has a little to much orange color for me. Great place every one there was so nice....

This location has lots of beauty suppiles to help you look good. They got tons of make up and hair care in stock. They have big selection of nail polish and lipstick too. If you need brushes and combs they got it too. The prices are reasonable and parking is plenty.

I called this particular Sally's ( Levittown)to see if they had a certain hair dye in stock, since the usual Sally's that I go to hasn't had it on the shelf in over a month!!!!!. The woman could not have been nicer and even held 3 bottles at the counter for me when I arrived. She also was VERY HELPFUL in telling me about their sale on the color, buy 2 get 1 free, and also VERY HELPFUL, when I asked about the scissors and blades, gave me my professional discount, and an additional discount for 1st time at this store, very well stocked of products and carried items I hadn't seen in the other store I usually shop at, this being said, they just got a new customer, I will DEFINITLY go back to see them for my Hair Salons needs!!! I walked out of there a very happy customer.
