It’s 8:46 Friday morning & there closed. I should’ve read the reviews prior to coming here first thing in the morning. UPS please don’t respond with a number or email to reach out to you. The problem is clear!!!

Several times I've stopped by in the morning to ship packages and they weren't open on time. Supposed to be open at 8:30am and I've been there between 8:45 and 9 and they weren't open yet.
Plus store stinks like weed and they have candles burning trying cover up the stink.

Two dudes show up 45 mins late, supposed to open at 8:30am, they show up at 9:15 dressed in sweatpants. Made three women stand outside and wait and then where making comments about how they “wish a customer would say sum to me” rude, disrespectful and I didn’t expect any less from this area. 💩

Supposed to be open at 830am . Here at 850 and the doors are still locked and the chain link is down inside. Waited 10 minutes til 9 for nothing. Reading the reviews this place seems to do this often. Think I'll avoid coming here in the future at all costs....update guys showed up at 903 and doors opened at 905. Seems like it's a common occurrence.

They advertise hours, but yet the staff cannot show up on time. Waiting so far 15 minutes no staff to open for 8:30.

You cannot get better service with more professional and polite staff! They are constantly helpful and the staff there has the best dynamic! They should be used as a model to train other centers. It’s always a pleasure to do business here.

It says 930 am opening on sign and online , store not open at 938 am when I arrived, another customer had to walk away also because they were not open.
