Worst experience of my life. I wouldn't even give them a one star. This place lies to their customers and doesn't commitment to their part of the agreement. They refused to deliver my u boxed after they said they would. Wanted to charge me an extra $750 on top of what I already paid because they made a mistake and didnt realize the storage hual center was to far for delivery. I try to get on the phone to resolve the issue and I still haven't been able to get an answer. No one with customer service is willing to help. Been 3 days and still no solution. I'll never use this service again.

Wrong advertisement on the availability of trailer. Made me lose a trip and the guy didn't knew what he was doing or either knew what he had available.

Ordered a hitch over two weeks ago. Even went there in person. Was told multiple times that they will call us when it gets in. Well, two weeks later, still no phone call. Done waiting. Went to Burlington truck, got hitch hook up in one day.
