scheduled a flu shot at the wrong Walgreens. They called the other store and canceled there. Set up the shot for us ASAP.

Horrible pharmacy. Denied my mother her prescriptions after getting the same medication for years. Michael the pharmacist is the rudest pharmacist I've ever dealt with and will be reporting him for his actions. Denying someone their medication out of spite is disgusting

Avoid this location. Ordered covid tests, got confirmation, HOURS later was told in location they don't carry brand I ordered. False advertisement. They advertise they have numerous brands of covid tests. Not only do they not have any, they have only ever sold one brand. 800 number said store must have problems with stock because its been 2 years they've advertised these other brands and have never carried them. Manager Scott should jump on that.

AVOID having your prescription filled at this location if you can. I usually get mine filled at the 24hour location. My doctors office messed up today and called it into this location around pm. I stopped in around 5 to see if it was filled. I waited online 15 minutes and didn't move because there was only 1 guy behind the counter. I left and came back at 640. The same guy was still bouncing back and forth between the drive up and the walk in customers. I waited 45 minutes online before I made it to the counter. The guy looks me up then tries to find my prescription only to come back empty handed and tell me that it will be awhile longer. When asked "what's awhile?" He couldn't give me a time frame. I asked him if he could send it to the 24hour location. He said I would have to call and asked them to pull my prescription which they did and I always have a speedy turn around time with the 8500 location. If you need meds, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Pharmacist spoke over me when I was trying to talk about what I needed. Had an attitude for no reason. Told me it would take 2 to 3 hours for one prescription that was sent over the day before. Even though she lacked professionalism I spoke nice. Before I finished saying have a nice day she hung up on me.Worst first time going to this pharmacy experience. I am new to the area, and my previous walgreens was so friendly, and efficient.I will be driving a lite further not to be bothered with the lack of humanity, professalism, and ability to preform work duties at a normal pace.
