Went back to get packs I was told I couldn’t buy bc they are street dated and then when I came back was told they got sold lol this place is a joke as a store no wonder it has such low ratings I guarantee you fire the right person here this place would thrive
Can’t maintain pokemon inventory
They hide the pokemon so no one else can have it behind the front
The manager today tried to lie to me and tell me they havnt gotten pokemon tins in month not realizing I literally got 2 yesterday from here and THENNNN he tried making the excuse “oh the one day I wasnt here”. They get a steady income of Pokemon almost every week im assuming this guy is the reason we never get to see it lol
Went back literally right after he left and the girl apologized to me and didn’t understand why he was acting that way and handed me the tin your guy here is ruining your store the other employees are all amazing besides him

I love the curbside pick up option. Very convenient for the handicapped.

I will never use their pharmacy again. My doctor called in 2 prescriptions on Tuesday. When I got to the pharmacy, it was closed for lunch. I've never encountered this at a major chain before, but okay, I waited.
They couldn't fill the prescriptions for some reason and told me to come back the next day. Wednesday night I get a text that my prescriptions are ready. I was busy till Friday though. Went back Friday and they still didn't have the prescriptions ready. The pharmacist was acting like a real jerk, so I left.
Now trying to have the prescriptions transferred to CVS.
CVS filled the prescriptions about three hours after my request, and they were nice about it.

Listen! Yall HAVE got to get Self checkout. I'm going to CVS knowing walgreens dont have them. Esp with Lines and returns. Cvs/Rite Aid all have self checkouts. You GOT to get in 2024 Mode! Its A Known thing that people drive out of their way to go to stores with self checkouts. This STORE ALWAYS has a line. Always.

I'm switching to a different pharmacy. After trying the one on 5200 newfalls rd for 8 months, every visit brings a new problem. They didn't receive the rx, for whatever reason you have to call to make sure they actually fill your rx, there is never anyone to answer the phone, they fill partial rxs because "they need to order more" then you go to pick up the rest and its an issue, they said it'd be filled but you get there and it's not, today they told me it'd be ready by 10:30 but I get here at 11 and wouldn't you know it, it'll now be ready at 12. No big deal except of have a sick toddler I just dragged out to pick it up. It is literally a problem with every refill. I'm switching. Enough is enough. Get you act together.

There is literally never anyone at the register and there’s always a wait for someone to finally come up to check out. Employees are always rude and lazy.

I am thoroughly impressed with management as well as all the associates here… I needed five additional envelopes for the cards that I had made in the photo department, and they were willing to give them to me. I am truly grateful and thankful that they offered me this excellent customer service as I was a little concerned and stressed out about not having enough envelopes. Again, thank you to the team at Walgreens. I appreciate you.

I wanted to point out the wonderful customer service I experienced today in the pharmacy drive through. I was picking up meds and remembered I needed something from inside. I asked if they would get it for me and would not have been at all surprised if they couldn’t accommodate. Blake and Angelina both took the time to help me out. No attitude or impatience at all. I was very satisfied. Thank you guys. Keep it up!
