Is it okay for your employees to tell someone to Shut the FU$k up. My mom went to Walmart today to do some shopping with my sister, but also to return some protein drinks she purchased the past Thursday, and realized yesterday they expired today. The lady at the customer service counter could not find the item on the receipt. My mom tried to show her where it was and explain it. The lady said to my mom, "would you just shut the fu*k up so she could talk." My mom said get your manager. The MANAGER only told the lady to walk about while other people and the manager sat there and laughed. How is that acceptable? The Manager basically told her he wouldn't help her. How is this allowed? Then to make matters even better, my mom called my sister to see where she was and she was checking out. The so called manager had the security guard stand there and stared my mom and sister down while checking out. Basically trying to intimidate her. This is completely unacceptable behavior and I would love to know what is going to be done. Maybe get your manager and employees proper training.

I actually hate coming here and I hate that there really isn't anywhere else to go. It's always super busy. Employees are on their phones cursing up a storm in front of my children. I feel like I'm always being run down by them because they're collecting orders for other people and trying to push by you. I get it's your job but you don't gotta barrel into me. This place has 0 customer service and I'm only giving it 2 stars because I'm able to get what I need. It's just not very convenient and the employees are the main reason why.

Be careful at this location. They sold me an open and used wifi router as new. When I opened the box (no plastic) the unit was stuffed back in with the wires & everything was crumpled.. returned it

Too many things without a price. I will no longer buy if not priced. I used to be able to use their price checker, but it now states online price only. So if no price indicated, I buy it at Aldi or Acme

Old place of employment and I have no complaints. In and out in less than 1/2 of an hour. Got what I needed and that's that!!

This store is so dirty, and it has the most ignorant, rudest employees I've ever seen; including the so-called managers. My cashier was on her personal cell while she was ringing me out. No hello, how are you, good morning. Nothing! And when I said hello, how are you, didn't get a response at all, she just kept talking on her phone like I wasn't even standing there.

Went there on 2 different times once I bought a cucumber that was sour. Another time I bought strawberries that had some that were moldy. Broccoli was old one time. What's going on with the produce?

If I could give Justin and Jules more than 5 stars I would. We had an unexpected, significant loss of a loved one this past Sunday. For several reasons the services are at 10am tomorrow, and only confirmed of late yesterday. Due to how quickly this is happening, we wont even have our loved ones ashes and decided a large memorial photo would be our best option for the service. In the confusion of everything it was miscommunicated as to who was getting the photo. Only to figure this out at 7pm this evening. We went to Walmart and explained our situation to the woman manning the photo department. Turns out the person that actually handles the dept wasnt in. And the instant print machine had been malfunctioning that day. But Jules with the help of her associate, Justin immediately told us they would try to do what they could and had us run it through the one hour print service which gave us a 10am tomorrow pick up time. On hearing that would be impossible to do and make it by 10am for the service they went about bypassing the order, worked together to fix the printer and had an 18x 24 photo printed for us in minutes!!! Something that might seem small to some, for us was huge and saved us so much hassle and stress during a very difficult time. And we are extremely grateful for their empathy, understanding and effort in going above and beyond when they didnt have to and figuring it out when it isnt even their department. Walmart is lucky to have them in their employment and they are assets to the company in every way. An example to be followed in exemplary customer service. Thank You again Jules and Justin!
