Small local pharmacy, quick with walk ins( I was at dentist next door) they have medical supplies there too. Friendly staff.

The woman who fits people for walking boots is miserable. We would have just paid out of pocket since they aren't contracted with our insurance. But she was pretty miserable to deal with so we paid out of pocket at another place just to not have to talk to her again. Matt's Pharmacy on the other hand was very helpful and kind.

Best pharmacy around. They try their best to provide medications and medical supplies in an unprecedented time where there are record shortages of medications and insurance companies don't want to pay for things. Hopefully this antibiotic I picked up (that no one else had in the area) will keep my child out of the hospital. Thanks for all your help guys!

Horrible experience. Very mean and rude lady just straight up refused to help me, even though i had a prescription she told me the insurance probably won't pay so she won't even bother trying and then questioned me about my medical conditions(quote well what the hecks wrong with you) incredibly unprofessional.

I don’t know how Yorke Pharmacy is still doing business.The lady doing medical billing doesn’t know what she’s doing. The owner pharmacist should be investigated. Avoid this shady business like the plague.

It's been a very few hard months my girlfriend broke her ankle, had surgery two weeks ago was hoping to be back at work within the month then today found out today it's going to be another two months before she can work and she needs a new walking boot because her current is broken. We have a prescription from the orthopedic surgeon saying she needed a new boot. We arrive at Yorkes pharmacy and go up to the counter and the older woman working very snappy and impolite for the short encounter it was, she handed her the prescription she looks at it shortly and says no because you already have a boot they won't pay for another. I ask her very politely if she can please at least try to put the paperwork through and she declines again, I ask her why and her response is "no I'm not gonna try they are not gonna pay for another boot it would be a waste of time and resources" . whatever we need the new boot and not in the mood to argue so we left I just don't understand why they couldn't even atleast try we could pay for it otherwise but atleast try to go through insurance right?

Knowledgeable caring staff, I just recently started using this pharmacy as my old one closed and I tried another that was a nightmare. I was looking for a local pharmacy not a chain where you're just a number. I was very pleased to discover they got two medications that I was paying for over the counter for years covered under insurance. They took the time to listen and do everything they could to make the transition painless. Will definitely recommend the excellent staff and pharmacy!

So glad that this pharmacy worked so hard to give out the COVID vaccines to the elderly and those in great need. It was a blessing that my 92 year old mother was finally able to get her shot. The staff were extremely caring and gave her dignified attention.

If I could give then no stars I would. My mother received her 1st Covid vaccine there. When she asked about scheduling her second they told her they would call her. She is due in 2 days for her second and they refuse to schedule her stating that the CDC says that it is fine to wait 4-6 weeks past the 30 days. The CDC says that is acceptable in extenuating circumstances but we don't know that it will provide the same protection. Now my mother, who is immunocomprimised cannot get her second vaccine and cannot find a single place to get it. I also found out that this pharmacy was price gouging masks last year when there was a shortage instead of donating them to healthcare workers. They should be ashamed. Horrible pharmacy.
