After 20 years of service, our Sears garage door opener needed to be replaced. Since the door was from Overhead Door, I called and had them replace the motor and other parts. Their technician, Dave Heffelfinger, did a superb job of explaining things and replaced everything. He helped me set the opener button on my vehicle. He demonstrated all new eyes and switches. He lubricated the coil spring and ensured everything worked properly. He was very professional and cleaned up all debris. The new motor and system have been working just fine for a week. I highly recommend Overhead Door company and especially Dave Heffelfinger.
