“We have been living in a house rented from Brynwood Rentals for the last year or so. The Rental office has been great to deal with. There have hardly been any maintenance issues with the property, and when minor issues have arisen, the maintenance department has always been prompt, curteous, and helpful. The issue is always resolved quickly. The house itself is in wonderful condition, as is the property. We will be living here for at least the next year, and are very happy overall with the property. Based on our experience, we would gladly rent from Brynwood Rentals again.”
“I have been a resident at Stayman Park for three months now. This is a HUD managed property for older and handicapped adults. The apartments are all the same size 1-bedroom. If approved, they set the rent at 30% of gross income, which maxes out compared to similar apartments locally, which is about $980. Please note these rules and estimates reflect my experience and are Not official in any way.The staff are extremely friendly and and helpful. The building and surrounding area is immaculately maintained. There is a large community room and a laundry room on the ground floor. There is an elevator serving all floors from the lower level to the third floor. The apartments are very well laid out with a well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), decent sized bedroom and and hall closets and a pantry/storage room. Bathroom has full bathtub and shower with safety rails. The location is very pleasant and quiet, except for some noise from the nearby highway.Please note that I am not associated with the owners or management of Stayman Park in any way, and this review is purely my own experience.”
“Under new ownership this location is up and coming to its best potential the office managment is improved and the repair responce is becoming faster i would recommend this location for someone seeking affordable quality. Someone thatvlikes small town convience and living. As always jts important to have healthy boundaries with neighbors. The town of milton has a lot to offer families school district expeirence is all depending on your ability to be involved in your childs education and communicating with their teachersand administrators. Hoping any one who gives this location a chance to be their residence has a pleasant expirience.”

My experience living on the second floor was wonderful, no complaints here .
My place and sounding was great, nice on site laundry was handy.
