This store is amazing!! Very clean, the staff is always so friendly and helpful! They are willing to get products in if you can’t find what you’re looking for. The owner Jorden Fetzer is very knowledgeable about all products. Our little guy has kidney disease, and he was willing to look through his inventory to help find the best products to help our little Bobo feel better! I recommend to all pet owners! He also loves the festive clothes and sweaters to keep him fashionable and warm!

They have qualty dog food for your pets special needs. I loved the choices of natural treats to choose from! Very friendly people who were able to answer questions I had about food allergies. I will be a regular customer. :)

What a great pet supply store! I was staying overnight in the area on my way to NY and realized I forgot to pack wet food for my dog. Was so grateful to find this local pet store that carries such a great selection and high quality foods. The owner is super friendly and helpful. If I lived here this would be my go-to place! And they do grooming, too!

I've been bringing my Golden Retriever here for the last few months for grooming with Jasmine. Each time I've been impressed by her work and how quickly she gets her done.
The reason for why I'm finally remembering to leave this review, is because when I called yesterday to see if I could get some help deskunking my cat, even though they were fully booked for the day, they were able to make time for me and help me get him washed. The soap they have there worked wonders on my guy and Hailey was a champ the entire time (her first time grooming a cat) even with a full set of claws in her forearm. We made it through together and I'm completely grateful for the 2nd set of hands.
I look forward to each of my visits here because I know it will be a good experience. This team definitely cares!

Love the variety of options that have been coming in as far as treats, apparel and other random dog things. Love that I can special order birthday cakes through them from another small business. I've had 4 huskies there for grooming with Jazmine and we trust and love her. Best small town pet supply!

I see some really good reviews. This is the first time I have ever posted a review good or bad. So with that being said, I have been a customer at this establishment for 20 plus years. This is my fourth dog that I have taken there to be groomed. Lisa was always fantastic. I never ever had a complaint. Well Lisa left a few months ago. My dog, that is a Shetland sheepdog has had three grooming appointments since then looks horrible. His tail hair is touching the floor and so is his butt hair. The feathers on his legs look like a mop. I have cut several matts out from behind his ears. When I questioned the owner why my dog hasn’t been groomed he replied he was only in for a tidy. We didn’t request grooming. When I questioned my husband he told me when he was asked that we wanted the dog groomed. I’m am so sorry to say that I cannot take my dog there anymore. After twenty plus years this review speaks volumes. You are so missed Lisa. You took such great care of my dogs.
Ps: you don’t even deserve the one star but it wouldn’t let me post this if I didn’t at least give it a one star rating.

Brookpark Pet Supply has been our choice for food, treats, toys, and grooming for many years.This past Tuesday as I was ironing out the logistics of having knee surgery and not being able to drive for 6 weeks, I stopped to stock up.I asked about options to call in an order and have someone pick it up if the dreaded should happen and we RUN OUT OF TREATS!They immediately said they were there to help. They outlined a bunch of ways that I could order/pick up and also said, if needed they can drop them off (if there are enough staff members and it's a reasonable distance) to me or someone coming my way.I left feeling like that part of my list was covered and our fur-babies were covered!
