I have to agree with everyone who has said “I’d give 0 stars if I could”.
Terribly rude and inconsiderate service for people who work with ill and injured people.
Pulled up to the window, was greeted and asked the routine questions, but after they realized it was their lunch break soon, they SHUT THE WINDOW IN MY FACE after refusing to give me my sons medicine.
Even after pleading, trying to explain our circumstances (we live far away/ and the script was sent in an hour before we arrived) and that the person needing the script was only 5years old, the best they could say was “sorry- we can’t do anything about that” with a swift shut of the window and blinds.
I have never been treated so poorly- dismissed and shooed away- truly disgusting service and attitude from not just one, but TWO (1male, 1female) employees.
I truly hope you get shut down for the benefit of the community.

When my prescriptions are in, I typically have no trouble picking them up. However, if there is ever a question or issue with a refill, I have to physically go into the location and often wait in lines to resolve them. CVS Pharmacy doesn’t have a way to talk to the pharmacist over the phone and only gives an option to leave a voice message. In the past, I left several voice messages inquiring about the status of a pet’s prescription but never received a return call. When I went in to discuss the status I was told they couldn’t fill it yet because there was a discrepancy with the address listed on the prescription and the one on my file. I clarified the address then had to wait for the pretty be processed , despite calling on it over the course of about a week. Now, I have a prescription that insurance wouldn’t cover but I would like to pay out of pocket so I can continue to take it as directed by my doctor. No way to talk to the pharmacist over the phone and haven’t heard back. I do not want to travel to ask them to fill a medication then be told to come back later once it is completed. You are better off going to other competitors like Walmart or a smaller local pharmacy is hours aren’t an issue for your schedule.

This pharmacy can’t fill prescriptions that are on automatic refill “always out of stock” causing you to miss days of need daily prescriptions. They are not helpful nor do they care your not getting medication needed.

The CVS has shown great improvement the past year or so. The staff is great and helpful and they are well stocked. Pleasure to give them a good review.

This location seems to always have what I'm looking for when others don't or are out of stock. FYI - some items can be a little pricey but if you get on their website and/or download their app you can save alot more than you think.....I'm a happy camper!

One star is a gift. If I could give zero stars I would. Let me count the ways they've earned this single star:Not having the prescription ready a day and a half after it's phoned in, the long line that snakes through the aisle, the ENDLESS ringing of the unanswered phone, the single counter that's ever open for pick ups, and the absolute mess behind the counter in the pharmacy.This place is just nuts, from here on out I'm going elsewhere.

Phone serve for pharmacy is terrible. Automated phone service does not allow access to a real person.
