“I had the opportunity to meet with Paige G. to set goals and to have her create a routine and walk me through it. She was patient and answered all of my questions. She checked in with me after I did the routine on my own the first time. The staff all greet you when you arrive and tell you to have a good day when you go. They keep things clean and the customer service I’ve received has been top notch!”
“A great space to workout with lots of classes, basketball courts, indoor soccer and more. The classes can be challenging to make it to as they mostly run early morning or before 5pm so if you work a day job you might not be able to make it to a ton of classes unfortunately. The classes I have taken were very fun and some were quite rigorous too, which was great! They are varied in intensity so if you're looking for a relaxing yoga class or a HIIT class, you can get it here.”

“A good gym, but not top of the line. The floors are concrete, the walls are plywood. But it has room for 2 volleyball nets, with a stage at one end, and a good kitchen at the other.”
