My parents bought a fridge from them months ago and have had nothing with problems with it. The freezer will not keep things frozen and the compressor runs loudly. They have called Stamm's repeatedly and no one is returning their calls. This place is a joke. Horrible customer service.

Bought a new refrigerator in August. Started having problems with it not long after. My husband called 3 times asking for some one to come look at it. No response. I called and left a message the 19th of January, Still no response. Now the fan runs constantly and it freezes and thaws. Apparently they just don't care after you purchase their product. I would NOT recommend them

Always deal with the small community businesses when I can. Products were available and service and delivery was promised as scheduled. Would visit again.

Bought all our appliance from them for our new home. After one year our Refrigerator stopped cooling ,after several calls Phil comes out a week later and charges $90 and told me to call Whirlpool. Here I am 6 weeks later and still without a refrigerator. I Called today and spoke to his wife who was RUDE and could care less. I tried to support local because he told me his appliances were better built than Lowes and Home depot , that's a joke ! I advise anyone thinking about buying from him to RUN the other way as fast as you can. TERRIBLE experience. I will be sure and spread this to everyone I know so they don't have the same horrible experience.They also never answer the phone when you call and dont return your call if you have a problem. I noticed from other reviews that this is a common complaint.

Friendly and courteous personnel who are helpful in providing information on appliances. A local seller you can trust with your needed products. Also, they can repair them.

Relayed the problems to Phil about my fridge not cooling or producing ice. He showed the Supco 3 in one replacement part and explained how to connect.Still not working. He assured to provide me a repairman, asked my phone number but it’s been 4 days now. I never heard of him or repairman coming. Phil is not helpful.All he wants is selling appliances.

Fair price and quick install however, door handle parts were missing (I was told from the factory). After numerous calls and many promises, nine months later the problem is still not fixed or resolved.

2 stars because the appliances haven't broke yet. Paid for removal of old appliances and only 1 of 2 was taken. Have called a half dozen times and was told the same thing repeatedly, "we have a delivery in your area this week we can get it then." Then they don't show up and you're left with a broken appliance that you paid to have removed just sitting there. They have 1 more chance then I'm going to rent a truck and drop it off on their sidewalk.

Friendly service from a very knowledgeable staff.Prices and services are very reasonable, beats driving miles to save a few buck when Stamm's is right in our backyard. You won't be disappointed!

Not good at all. The guy was scheduled from 10am to 2pm to show up. Didn’t get here til 2:30pm was here for not even 5 mins to tell me the dryer was fried and nothing he can do. So he goes well that will be 80$ have a good day. Like seriously 80$ for not even 5 mins to stand and put the tested on one wire and say yep it’s fried bye.

My grandparents dealt with them for years, and were always happy. So I checked out their website, and found a portable dishwasher I wanted to order. My husband and I went in on 10/10, late morning. We were greeted by a woman. I said that I wanted to speak to someone about a portable dishwasher. The response? We don't have dishwashers. I mention their website has dishwashers. She says she doesn't know anything about the website. I said there were lots out there so I was confused. She backpedals and says that she meant to say they didn't have one I could take with me. I understand that. I figured they'd have to order it. I ask about cost (since the website says to contact them for the "best price"). She doesn't know about that either. I ask about financing, since their website has zero interest financing through Jan 2022. She doesn't know about that either, but she hands me an application and tells me to take it home and come back another day. She takes my name, home and cell numbers, address, and the model I'm interested in. She says the owner is the one to help me, and he'll be back from vacation Monday. I tell her I am not available then but will be available Tuesday. She said OK, and we left. I was annoyed, and it may have shown, but I thanked her, and left. This morning (10/13), I returned. I walked in, and she was there again. She asked if she could help me. I said probably not, as she couldn't help me Saturday, and I said I would come back today. I ask if the owner is back, she says yes, but he's not in today, and I need to talk to him, she can't help me. She says I should have come in yesterday. I said that I told her I couldn't, and she said OK to me coming in today. She doesn't recall that. She says I should have left my number. I said I did, and no one called. I ask when he'll be back. She says that if she's there, he's not. She says he's really busy because they had "a bunch of people quit", and he's working hard to train new people. By this time, I'm once again annoyed. I run my options in my head. I want to place a $700 order and have tried twice. I keep being told no one can help me. I'm being told that "a bunch of people quit", which doesn't instill any confidence in me with their business. I'm told the owner is "really busy", but he's the one I must deal with. So apparently, they don't need my business. I tell her as much, and that I'm leaving, and say "thanks". As I'm walking out the door, she is continuing to toss excuses at me. I keep saying "OK, thanks". As I get to the door, she's still talking. I turn around, say "OK", and leave. The front door sticks, and I had to yank on it to close it, and it closed loudly. I felt bad about that. I didn't intend to slam it. But still, I'm not returning. Maybe it's not the same people my grandparents dealt with when they were still alive. A friend gave me a recommendation with another store. I called, and in 15 minutes, ordered the same dishwasher, was told it would be 1-2 weeks, and saved $100 (Stamm's prices were decent, and actually better than one or two of the big box stores, but it's not worth the hassle). I get free delivery, setup, and install. They were super friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in detail. I don't understand why it was so hard in the first place with Stamm's. If it matters to anyone, the woman didn't have a mask on either time I went in. I did.
