We had to return an AC unit to Amazon, UPS had two options one for picking up themselves (we missed them, but they left a label for us) and the other to drop off ourselves. Drop off was incredibly easy and convenient for my wife on her way home, she was in and out in seconds.

The girl who waited on me, was extremely friendly and kind. She greeted me with a smile when I came in the door and asked how I could be helped. I needed it copies made, and then I needed the originals to be sent out overnight and I had another package also that needed to go overnight Delivery. She was quick and she made sure everything was where I needed to be and got my copies back to me in record time. And when I was all finished, she thanked me for coming in.

● WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE
Very expensive to pay for 2 day air shipping that's not even guaranteed! It's almost impossible to communicate with them over the phone or website. NOTHING IS GUARANTEED!
