I am reviewing for one person at the AT&T store in Lewistown. His name is David. I accepted the "trade-in old phone for new S23" offer. I had a member of the store give me an extra line, never told me about the way AT&T would credit the free phone, nor discuss the HBO inclusion which I had already had with another internet provider. This was back in June, 2023. I spoke with 3 representatives from the main office, one each month trying to get this extra line removed from my bill, which was costing me about an extra $100 a month. The 5 star review is not for them. It is for a guy that works in the Lewistown retail store who helped me each time I had to go back and say, "David, it's still there." Today I respected his patience with me, his coolness with yet another representative from the main office, and his hopefully success at getting my bill reduced by the amount I was being charged for the extra line. We will see when my November bill appears. You go, David! Thank you for GREAT customer service!! AT&T, he deserves a raise!!!!

They only had ONE person working and he could have cared less about the waiting customers. No greeting, no "I'll be with you as soon as I can." Just left the 4 of us standing there. Two people left and after 40 minutes, I had to leave for work. I drove 30 minutes one way to get an issue resolved because I couldn't get anyone from AT&T to help me by phone either after numerous calls. Worst customer service ever????

We had to transfer 2 lines from Verizon and 1 from another AT&T account over to my current account, and also purchase 2 phones. David was very efficient and knowledgeable, and let us know about discounts that were available to us. He made it all effortless while saving us money.

The salesperson told me I could not hold any of the phones in my hand/that they couldnt be unlocked. I'm not buying a $1500 phone without seeing how it feels in my hand and comparing the flip to non-flip. I AM buying a $1500 phone, just not here. The sales person could have offered to take one out of the box for me to see once I had it boiled down to one or two.

My old phone crashed so I stopped by my local AT&T store, having person to person experience is the best. Service was quick. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. I ended up paying a lot less. Good job

Went in to get my phone fixed and the tech was super nice and got it sorted out in no time. Showed me how they fixed it and was professional. Great service!

Signed up for phones was told to come back to the store when my girlfriend was available as she is a nurse and she is eligible for a better discount. Go to the store today and the lady had no clue and offered us no help and told us to call customer care. Now I’ve been on hold for along time. You would think when I pay almost a car payment for 2 lines they would want to keep us as a customer. Also it against the law for them to tell me something to get me to purchase and then fulfill the promise. Horrible service. Horrible price service is worse than t mobile and then they hire people that can’t help you.
