We took our wrecked car to Bowersox to get fixed. The work order the gave us showed many things that were never done and new parts that were never put on, we work on our cars so we know what we have. They talk the talk and are very good at talking but not doing the job they're supposed to. We will never take our cars back.

Be careful to make sure they list all that you want done. Not all was written down on our estimate, we trusted, in our case they did not do all they said they were gonna do. Also, the paint job on the car stripes had to be reworked, so be sure to inspect everything carefully. They also left the car with stains on windshield and post that I had to asked them to clean. It was a nice sunny day so we could see all. Also under the hood was covered in this white stuff that they did a half-ass job of cleaning. We keep our car nice and clean, inside and out, so the engine bay was clean before taking it there. There was even white stuff on the back seat They don't even use protective paper for the floor of the driver's side, left it with lots of foot marks.... So, these guys do not seem to pay attention to detail... A weird thing was I think they messed with the FOB. All of a sudden it did not work, I opened it and there was a small piece of paper that was used to insulate a connection to the batt. Not sure if it was them, coincidence perhaps.......

I have always been told he does the best job for a good price. He replaced my bumper that is starting to fall off. My hood was never fixed that was dented. I’m missing a piece in my bumper he never replaced. I have plastic hanging from the bottom that was never bothered with. I’ll never go back.
