In Mifflin County PA. We have 2 local CVS stores. I’m pleased to say not only can you find great buys ( and they offer an excellent monthly discount program that has saved me hundreds yearly just on normal everyday purchases. )The employees at both go out of their way when it comes to customer service both in the store and in the pharmaceutical department. ( Thank you Cory- Pharmacist Burnham Pa. Personalized caring treatment to our family during our late son’s cancer treatment/ meds. You put great love + time out making sure all his- our questions were answered and he had his medication.). ❤️🙏❤️

I must say I have went to many CVS stores for many years and they got a new employee Amber. She was absolutely precious. She greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. She was personable and polite! Way to go management on your new hire!

I usually find everything whatever I’m looking for plus the add on T shirts and college supplies are plus. Staff are extremely polite and helpful as I was new in town they were really welcoming.

This store failed to deliver. First several weeks ago I went in for passport photos which service is advertised on the web site. I was told the camera was broke. Today (over 3 weeks later) I went in to get a paper copied. Again web site advertises this service. Was rudely advised we don't make copies at this store. I also asked if the camera was fixed. NO was the reply. What a way to run a store.

Thank you Mike for a great experience picking up my prescription.i have been to this pharmacy a few times in the past and they were always very nice. I transferred all my scripts to this pharmacy. Went to pick them up and had a few questions while I was at the drive up window. When I ask the questions Mike answered them with a lot of knowledge. Only to find out he was the pharmacist. It was actually nice to be able to pick up my medication and talk to the pharmacist. I would say this has been the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Large, clean facility. Convenient location. Extremely busy! Prescription filled quicker than estimated but waited in a long line to pick up. Customer service was good enough to counter some of the negative, impatient customers.

I think that the folks who work in the pharmacy are amazing! They always treat me with the utmost respect and have even gone above and beyond not only to assist me over the phone when I had questions, but to also ship items to me faster than I expected! Thank you very much, CVS!

I've been recieving phone calles from CVS for an unknown person, not at my number or address. I've called a dozen times and their autoamted system hangs up on me after taking 5 minutes just to find the option to talk to the pharmacy in person.

If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. This is about the store NOT the pharmacy. This CVS has a UPS pick up && drop off, I had two item's to return to Amazon. Amazon sent me a code for each item with step- by step instructions to return, all the cashier had to do was scan it. She had NO problem scanning my first item. But refused to scan my second item. She was very rude and argumentative. I had to send my husband in because she had me so upset. She wouldn't even let me talk or read the instructions from Amazon telling her what she had to do, which was scan a code. It was the most useless waste of time and frustration I have ever experienced in my life! The audacity of this woman is unfathomable.
