I really don't like this drop off system, I thought we were done with this COVID thing. You never know where you are at in the system, and the mailing back and forth. Since if you don't take the mail to the post Office window, it gets sent to Harrisburg and then comes back, more chances for your mail to get lost or delayed and security risk.

The actual people are great & so helpful. The part that enrages me, is trying to email Berriers. I don’t know what I need to include when I drop off the papers, what time of day is best. Money , how to pay would be great info to gave. Do I write a check when I drop my papers off?

Frank Berrier got my taxes wrong two years in a row and it cost quite a bit of time and aggravation to correct the errors when they were brought to my attention. Frank also ‘serves' on the local borough council and regularly screws the local citizens over whether they are his clients or not. Frank lives to be a thorn in Mifflin County's side and it will be much better off when he is gone.

We've been going to Frank since the mid 90s never had a problem until this year Our preparer "Bob" screwed up now we have to wait even longer for our refund that we use to pay insurance with now my insurance is going laps I would not advise anyone to go there if they hire people who don't know what they are doing NEVER GOING BACK. I'll Do them myself for now on
