Honestly they were very patient people they also put out snacks and drinks for everyone there a great bank that's why I choose them and I thank them all for what they do everyday I understand the frustration with customer service I been there many of many times but they were all very very calm and I thank them for that they know enzactly what there doing

Been going Juniata Valley Bank for years, even when it was Lewistown Trust Company. Great freindly service, good rates on investments, even has a branch at WalMart.
