Was told to drop my car off on Wednesday night so they could receive it Thursday morning for a state inspection, called around 11:30 to check the status & Kyle had gotten an attitude & said that they’re open till 6 they will get to it. Said being, Kyle telling me to drop off the car the night before made me think that it will be done in the morning like any other individual. So I while on the phone around 11:30 and I asked if it would/could be done by 12:30 I have things to do & I supposed he didn’t like that and told me to come pick up my car. I do not know how his work is but his customer service is definitely no good!!!

My husband is a mechanic. He went over my car with a fine tooth comb. Fixed everything it needed. I took it in for inspection and it failed! I ask him to write down everything it needed to pass. Mind you this was quit a few years ago. Anyway I went home and gave the list to my husband. He wanted to report him but I said let it go. Our friend who did inspections but was to busy to get to mine when I needed it. So I waited and took it to him. Showed him the list and he checked it all. He said there was NOTHING wrong with my car. I pray I have the right place. The garage was next to Zeek Ackers when he was on the left going towards Walmart. So My husband and our friend passed. Now I need my car inspected and I'm so leery! I hate leaving a bad review but it is what it is!

So I haven't got my van back yet but the professionalism is incredible. Midway through the production year, parts were changed. This led to a price that was higher than quoted.The owner was willing to meet in the middle but just his attitude made me want to make up the difference..
