Andrew and Charlie were amazing when we picked up our fencing supplies! They were efficient and conscious of the limits of our vehicles carrying capacity. Charlie's forklift abilities were impressive and the communication between them was top notch. Very nice and thoughtful service!

Lewistown Pa Lowe’s is THE WORSE! This will be the third time I tried to warranty a product. This time it was a Kobalt tape measure which when I purchased had a lifetime warranty now they only have a 90 day warranty so they would not exchange mine.

They obviously hire just anyone and their customer service is such a joke. They don’t want to help anyone when asked. Most of the time they don’t know so they have to go find someone and 20 mins later they never come back. You hit the call bell for service and no one comes. A manager (or so she seemed to be) was scanning something with a palm pilot carrying a clip board and she said she was “busy”. Hard to even find an employee so they all must be on break most of the day. I walked out. Really wish a home depot would come to this area. Lowes has been going downhill for a long time. And now this time I won’t visit again. I might as well order online and just hope it works for what I need because it’s the same concept when an employee does help you. They don’t have you get the right item anyways.

Do not order anything from that requires local delivery. They are a joke. Said couldn’t get my fridge in cause it was to big. I measured and it was smaller than door and also way smaller than my current fridge. They left now trying to get my $1400 back is like fight. You have to wait for it get back to the warehouse blah blah. Store management says it their third party not Lowe’s. Bull you as a company are responsible for anyone that works for you including third parties. Get your crap togther and give me my money!
