When my tax accountant decided they will no longer do personal taxes, only small businesses, I had to shop around for a new tax person. Macknair's is not taking any new clients but when I contacted them, they were very friendly and understandable.

Called to inquire about tax services for personal and my LLC . Was told not doing those kind of taxes this year. Asked a few further questions regard “ those kind” . Was told I can look that up on the internet. Probably not the type of person to trust with your financials. Or have a conversation with for that matter

Unprofessional, arrogant, childish place! Don't waste your time, or should I say theirs cause all they care about is getting you out the door and making a joke out of you! Your taxes will be incorrect an they will not care. Save your time an money an go elsewhere!
