This is probably the most poorly managed pharmacy which I have used in recent memory. Most staff are cordial, though you can sense the level of stress in the work environment.Also, for some reason, I cannot request a refill over the phone. The automated prompts give plenty of opportunities to hear about and opt for COVID-19 vaccines; otherwise, the system hangs up on me.

Just moved back from Fl to take care of my parents. Had to transfer a couple of my prescription. I was going to use Walmart bc it was close and that's where my parents get all there meds. After trying a couple different times and the techs not being helpful, I decided to drive a little bit farther and got great customer service at cvs. BTW the techs at Walmart tried to tell me the other pharmacy had to call them to transfer my script. All of the techs have been at this location for a long time.

This Pharmacy doesnt keep very important medications in stock. If you're a junkie and need drugs they got your back but if you need important meds to stay alive or sane they cant help you

Service is quick and they are very nice here. Twice I had to get an expensive medication and both times the ladies took the time to get me a coupon so I didn't have to pay 40+ for a 10 day prescription.Walmart pharmacy is a money saver when you really need it!

I called the lewistown store today to simply ask if they carried my medication. My pharmacy is out and i will be before they can get it. The lady became very rude and told me she couldnt provide that information on the phone. I think what she meant to say was she couldnt walk to the shelf and check for me

Stopped going here. Was once given someone else's prescription. Also, didn't fix (or check) prescription accidentally written for 31 days which resulted in doubling copays. Service is seriously slow!!
