Sell the business to someone who is willing to put the hours in. What kind of gas station on a major highway closes at 8pm?? And there's nowhere else to get without driving 10 min North out of the way!!

Terrible customer service. I go in the other morning to grab a coffee, walk up to the counter, and crickets- no one to ring me up. This goes on for maybe 30 seconds or so until I stick my head around the counter to ask the girl in back room if she can wait on me. All of the sudden another employee runs up behind me and says “I’m waiting on you” at which point I told her she was not doing a very good job. Her response- “too bad” I’ve never seen such poor customer service/disrespect, although in retrospect, what can one expect from a minimum wage employee in her 50’s?
8/13/23- Edit: I can confirm that the employees still suck. C you next Tuesday ladies.

And the only gas station for 12 MI one way and the only gas station 4 miles the other, it's pretty ridiculous they close at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays! Literally can't go anywhere in this damn area without getting stuck you don't have gas make sure you're always full.

Giant Eagle should never allow their name to be associated with a store/gas station that closes at 7 pm. on a weekday when on a thoroughfare of Route 30, a major U.S. Highway. If securing reliable employees to man the ship for three additional hours a day requires an bump in pay by $2.00 an hour, then, I say do it! It only makes good financial sense. Think about it, two dollars more an hour times three hours only equals six dollars total investment. Are you seriously telling me that if you are open an additional three hours that you can’t make six additional dollars in profit? Personally, I understand that there is a shortage of workers. However, if everyone around you is offering $15 an hour and you are only paying $13 an hour, what do you expect? I would go elsewhere to earn the extra money as well. Most people can do the basic math. You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to figure out why you can’t secure workers. I absolutely love the town of Ligonier. However, it needs to get in touch with the surrounding communities and the outside world. Especially, when dealing with things that people rely on to get by, like petrol for their vehicles.

We drove through town unnecessarily to get here, as it is right of the highway. There was construction in town, which meant detours down unmarked, narrow roads. It was worth it though, because I really needed gas, and really needed to pee. They lose 3 stars for the bathroom being outside and begging to get a key, but hey one back for being nice about it and not making me buy something first like another place did a while back. I am still salty about that, and plan to never drive through the Texas pan handle again.
