There is always drama at this location . I watched a worker takeing photos of the cars on the monitor at the drive through . Very odd behavior I have watched a worked lie to multiple employees here about some one in the past as soon as he walked away . They need to remove management and replace . So much animosity between female employees and the younger manager he is in his late 20s . It’s disgusting how people are treated here . Maybe if they stopped worrying so much about gossiping and treating people like criminals they could get a food order correct . I also find it hard to believe that this location has so many negative reviews but still a 4.2 .

If sheetz wants to sell beer at the drive-thru, the employees need better training on what products are available. They could also use an attitude adjustment in general about the drive-thru process. After waiting for 10 or 15 minutes I pulled up to the window, only to be told I’d have to come in, because sheetz was short staffed and the lady working the drive-thru had “stuff” to do. She couldn’t be bothered to run back and forth to the beer cooler. If someone asks for a sweet tea or a bag of chips are they treated the same way? After a mild argument, I did manage to acquire beer, using the drive-thru. Moving forward I intend to purchase beer at the drive-thru everyday forcing compliance into employees that have a problem with drive-thru service. I will be sure to tell everyone I meet that sheetz offers drive-thru beer, hopefully further emphasizing my point.

I started ordering from this Sheetz within the last few months, I order about 2-4 times a week on my way to work for lunch. I will do the mobile pick up order and it seems like almost every time they forget at least one item in my order. When I pick up my order I don’t have the time to go back in and request the item that I was originally supposed to get in the first place. I’m not one to complain but this has happened so many times in the last month alone ? I’ve probably given them $50 for items I didn’t even get.

I pay extra for dressing and they give me none. It happens literally all the time on the evening shift. Literally just happened again. The day shift needs to train the night shift.

Don't order food from this one. Even when they're not busy, they'll screw your order up. That happens, I get it; but at this location, the supervisors are extremely rude about it as if it's your fault they screwed your order up. At least at other locations they try to make it right - not this one. I like the Sheetz brand but this one is just bad.
